Pomodoro technique…
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. I was not familiar with this technique. I came to know about this technique this week when I studied about it in during the online course of Amal Academy.
The core process of the Pomodoro Technique consists of 6 steps:
1. Choose a task you like to get done. …
2. Set the Pomodoro for 25 minutes. …
3. Work on the task until the Pomodoro rings. …
4. When the Pomodoro rings, put a checkmark on a paper. …
5. Take a short break. …
6. Every 4 pomodoro, take a longer break.
I decided to apply this technique on my daily routine work, first I decided the task I decide to spend 25 minute on doing my workout at gym
I set the 25 min Pomodoro on my phone and start doing work out. During this 25minute time period many things came in my mind like how I could make my friend happy as he was depressed due to some reasons, then another thing came in my mind how I will manage time for study as it is my exam season. other distracting think came to my mind I should check my WhatsApp to check to messages and I did this too. After 25 minute the alarm rang and I stopped workout and drink little water take short break and then again repeat the whole process and many distracting things came to my mind during this period. The experiment with Pomodoro technique was not that difficult for me as it kept me fresh by taking breaks after each session.
I have planned to use this technique again while doing some other work too which requires my full attention without getting distracted.
I planed to perform abdominal surgery and after fulfilling all the requirement for the surgery I started performing surgery using Pomodoro technique
I performed this surgery using this technique, while performing this with the help of this technique. And this technique really kept me fresh and energetic.
after that i also apply this technique while reading book. while reading book many distracting things happened like using cell phone to reply the messages.imagining the the things in my mind,but this technique really kept me fresh and energetic.
pomodoro technique is effective at keeping you fresh by taking breaks after each session. And I really enjoyed it.
